Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened herbal products, supplements, or perishable goods cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at contact@blackheraherbs.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
* If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@blackheraherbs.com  with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
